It doesn’t look like much but the food is excellent. We tried the muffeletta the crawfish ettoufe and both were delicious. Really reminded me of Louisiana. It’s well worth the drive!
Fantastic find after a Blue Ridge hike. Authentic experience and delicious jambalaya and barbecue plate. Wonderful host and his grandson made for a memorable lunch on our first trip to Virginia.
Out of the way spot tucked off the blue ridge parkway. If you think you are lost you are probably in the right spot. What a welcoming family. Great comfort food. Had the bbq then had to have more so had the bbq sandwich. The jambalaya with shrimp which was wonderful. Great authentic spot with great food. Ate at their picnic table and enjoyed a nice conversation. So glad we happened by this place!!!
