Food was super good. Owner is very nice.
Saw this BBQ food truck off of US 60 and had the try it! incredible depth of flavors and perfection in each item of the 2-meat (2 sides) platter. The pulled pork and beef brisket were stand-alone well seasoned with just enough caramelized bark (didn’t even need their sauce but dipped into this uniquely flavored sauce was exceptional!).
