Very bad costumer service, and there were no lettuce when we got there. Also the staff were really not friendly and at all the other subways I have been to in my whole life change 7.99 but these people change 10.00 for a FL. Also the when I told them to change their gloves because we don't eat meat, they were giving us faces.
Don't ever go there the worst place you could possibly go to.

They make horrible subs. I have complained to no avail. Need someone to supervise the kids that make them. I won't go back. Sub I got today was horrible.

I always get the outlaw and it was made the way it’s supposed to be made without having to coach the person making it! I wish I knew his name but he was polite, quick and good at making subs! It was 1-5-25 at 21:00. I’m a truck driver and will definitely be back to this Loves and Subway!
Bread was not fresh and the guy making subs on 12-1-2024 around 10pm was sloppy and didn’t put any effort into his work

Disgusting!! We stop at the Love's Gas Station where the Subway is located numerous times a year as we travel from Virginia to West Virginia and have purchased subs from Subway on each visit but never again. The last time they didn't have avocado, and mozzarella cheese or spinach. This last visit all of the lettuce was wilted and brown, spinach was slimy, no avocado or mozzarella again, tomatos were green, cucumbers were dried out....asked manager for fresh items and she indicated this was all they had ... pretty sad when your paying almost $10 for a six inch sub. Lost customers here for good!?
Buyer beware slimy spinach can make you ill.

Ordered a BLT toasted and the "shift leader" proceeded to put only lettuce and tomato on it before trying to put it in the oven( not even the bacon or cheese). When I told her I didn't want the cold stuff till after she got an attitude and didn't even take the lettuce off before toasting it. The other worker stated I would have to "deal with it because they have been slammed " wouldn't recommend going in late at night
The worst,rudest, unpleasant and unprofessional customer service I ever had. Two of the rudest employees I ever met. Subway way should be ashamed of thier self to have employees like that working and representing them.

I wish I would have got the guys name who was working. Sadly I didn’t, but I do remember his dead pool pin. Anyways, I have got to comment on his energy! His positivity was radiating. He engaged with every customer and was just on his game. He worked quickly and was so kind to everyone who came to his line. Him and the lady who checked us out were nothing but kind. After a long road trip passing through, it made me day! I hope they see this and hear how special they made every customer feel. You guys are awesome!

After yelling and waiting for 3 minutes for assistance, the woman on break finally went to get someone from the back to come make sandwiches. Waited an additional 3 minutes and a lady with short blonde hair came to fix my sandwiches. She was nice, a younger girl with black hair came to ring me up and she was very rude as if I interrupted her break on her job. Don’t get in food services if you don’t like all people not just yt people. Will not be returning
Rude customer service. Sandwich maker acted like we were bothering her. She clearly hates her job!
Vegetarian options: Can order sandwiches without meat.
Parking: Lots of parking.
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of handicap parking. It's very easy for a wheelchair.
Dietary restrictions: I have celiac disease. I tried to be nice as possible about asking her to remove her gloves after touching bread to make my protein bowl. It was obvious that it irritated the sandwich maker.
