My daughter and I felt like we had found a diamond in the rough. Crewe is a lovely town with a fascinating railroad history. Time has, as it does, changed the town a bit from its heyday as a railroad town but definitely is a solid place with absolutely delightful people. I have lived in Blackstone, which is 10 minutes from Crewe, for over 30 years and never knew about the delicious breakfast offered at this little hidden gem. My husband and I each had the Benchmark’s Big Boss platter and it was delicious. Also, the girls that served us were so kind and friendly. We will definitely be back!
