Who is cooking. No matter what==== the cook is the king. Staff is normally good sometimes too much communication with each other and not taking care of the customer. Will never go on weekends and do not suggest it. We have come down to a supervisory and mangament issue, Hardees has excellent products without a good cook and service Hardees fails. Other resturants in Crewe are below Hardees level. Where do we go from here? Get the grill our!!!
The whole store at the crewe, VA location. Orders are always COMPLETELY wrong. Staff is rude, they'll tell you there's no half gallon of sweet tea and when you're persistent all of a sudden they have it (which just shows they're lazy) . If they can't hear or understand your order they ask you to come to the first window, STILL get it wrong. They don't comprehend what a second order is. That is only from today! My Family only likes the Chicken Tenders and they never have any. ALWAYS SOLD OUT!!! JUST SORRY. Seems like common sense to just order the right amount.
