Older lady was very rude and had a very smart mouth when I was trying to get my order corrected. She then snatches the receipt out of my had when i showed her the mistakes that her workers made. Only reason I come here is for my dad and son. Other than that I will never order from here
After giving this restaurant a few tries, and even trying the one in Kenbridge, I have come to the conclusion that the poor service is isolated to the Crewe location. I use the drive thru when I visit and never have an opportunity to view the menu fully. Each visit when I pull up the menu isn’t fully in view until you are at the speaker. I just want to take a moment to acknowledge and commend the manager and 7 crew members working on Sunday afternoon, December 3rd, 2023. The manager was working right alongside the crew, who all appeared to be young people, male and female of various ethnicities. The entire team was friendly and prompt with incredible service.
