Great coffee! Friendly staff, talk about service with smile! My first trip, I had a large coffee with a brownie. The brownies are cut like a scone; crispy, buttery and lots of chocolate, definitely not a box mix. I work construction all over so I visit a lot of coffee shops; this one takes the cake in Albemarle Co! Rock on Crozet! I will be back to try more delicious food, great coffee and see the friendly staff. If it's raining I'm bringing a book to enjoy in a cozy...
Drinks were yummy but I felt bad for the single staff member working. Fortunately, they weren’t busy so we didn’t have to wait too long. Unfortunately, the entire shop smelled of the bathroom, can’t imagine sitting there to work or have a meet up.
I love Grit Coffee but especially the Old Trail location. All of the baristas are personable and friendly, especially Nic. It’s super snowy today and Nic was there making lattes and running the shop solo.I’m happy to go to Grit any day but today especially with the snow. Thanks for saving us coffee fiends today, Nic!
