“We LOVE Bar Botanical! Worth the short drive from Charlottesville and the longer drive from Palmyra. Cutest decor with a lovely rooftop deck with mountain views. The food is awesome. More of "pub food" than its sister location in C'ville. The gochu sliders, loaded hash browns, and wonton nachos are favorites. They've recently started serving pizza and we were blown away by that too. It's all vegan but don't be scared off by that -- I swear it's as good or better than the food you're used to. ;) It's seat yourself, grab your own water, casual type of vibe. But they also have attentive and friendly staff.”

“Stopped by on our way back to Richmond from Stuarts Draft. Pretty quick detour from the highway. Food was very good, we loved the Tom yum soup, the butternut squash and green curry as well as the kao soi. Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about what goes into their dishes, which is great when you have food intolerances and want to feel confident your order will be something you can enjoy. If you’re passing by, definitely check it out. Yum ?.”

“So unbelievably delish!! Creative flavors, and crafted perfectly and consistently. So hard to keep them for very long because you truly can’t just eat one, they’re too good! Best bourbon pecan pie I’ve ever had, I literally dream about them. The broccoli cheddar and spinach feta make a perfect breakfast too if you can manage not to scarf them down before morning. Great for taking to events and family gatherings, they’re always the first thing to get eaten. Highly highly recommend to everyone, the fact that they are gluten free and vegetarian means no one gets excluded. We love Cutie Pies!!”

“Had a pretty good meal here today. It's not as good as other Mexican restaurants I frequent but not bad. Great spot with plenty of seating for large parties. Outside is dog friendly, which is a big plus. Our waitress was nice and the place was clean. The price to portion was not great, but the food is tasty. The hot salsa is great, and the jalapeno margarita was on point! If you're in the area, stop by and see what you think.”

“Friendly and kind. The store lost power while I was there, so their credit card reader was down, and I had no cash to pay for my subs. The owners insisted on giving me the food, and told me to return when I could to pay them. I was so grateful.”

“I read about this restaurant in a book called Backroads and Byways of Virginia. This morning my best friend and I were hiking the Humpback Rock Trail off of the Blue Ridge Parkway. We decided to try Crozet Pizza after we got through the hike. I must say that in my 58 years that has got to be one of the very best Pizzas that I have ever eaten. The staff are very friendly, the adult beverages are very cold and the atmosphere is great. The restroom is very clean considering how much it gets used although the toilet paper is a little on the rough side. Overall this is a great place to visit and we will definitely be back.”

“In the area from Michigan for a scent detection competition with my dogs and passed this little place. I was ready for lunch so I stopped in. Wow. Seriously. Best pulled pork and banana pudding I think I've ever had. The service was great- the owner walked me through the menu and recommendations. My sides, potato salad and baked beans, were also excellent. It's a grab and go kind of place, the atmosphere is what you'd expect from a roadside spot. But wow, excellent food. I'll be thinking about that banana pudding for a long time. Highly recommend.”
