“What a unexpected surprise. This is a small little bar/restaurant. The food is a little more than typical bar food. I had the fish and chips, it was very good, crispy outside and tender inside full of flavor.
The server Smitty was awesome. Give them a chance you won't be disappointed.”

“Cool spot across from campus. We needed to grab a very quick lunch before starting a history tour of UVA. Thought, bagels are fast....we made the right choice. We each made a bagel sandwich order. Ham, Turkey and a PBJ. Bagels were extremely fresh like someone's Grandma is boiling them in the back. We ate like the locals and will definitely recommend to everyone.”

“Wonderful experience! Hubby and I visited the tasting room for Valentine's Day. We shared the Reserve flight and Valentine's Wine & Chocolate flight. We took home bottles of four of the eight wines in the flights. The food, corn chowder and a crimini mushroom flatbread, was excellent too. It's all cooked to order & served at the table. Very attentive service. Beautiful setting with sweeping views. I'm so happy that we chose it to celebrate Valentine's Day. It'll be easy to persuade hubby to take me again for my birthday in the summer.”

“I’ve been to Poke Sushi Bowl a few times now and love it! Such a great little treasure in Fredericksburg. The staff have been friendly and welcoming. I was fortunate to travel to Hawaii last year and feasted on authentic poke bowl at Tamura’s. This place does justice to poke bowls! The free cup of hot green tea is what really won my heart though. They sell the same brand of cold green tea served in Japan and the hot tea was also the same as I experienced in Japan. 🍵 I wish this business the best and hope Fredericksburg shows it some love.”
