We go here weekly and have never been disappointed. Even when they are surprised and slammed midweek, they are always prompt and courteous. Love this place!

We always like to eat out here and they normally are very good in service and price . Tonight’s experience was the worst and not only that had to return to the store to pick up the order that was not given, no receipt was given on the first or second visit in the same night after given the wrong order ,(the receipt was shown but wasn’t given )they also charged us even more for the second order , did not give the money back from the first order and no apology ( in their words “my mistake” ) and proceeded to charge even more after we had to return for wrong order given . We will not be returning to this location . The price charged was for one order ,one person only ( a taco salad ! ) we were charged double.

Average Mexican fare. Average decor. Everything is average! Nothing bad to say about it.

I'm honestly disappointed in all the reviewers who left glowing reviews. I trusted you!

This was the most disappointing food experience we have had in Virginia. I'm not sure if our server forgot about us or what, but it took over 10 minutes to get 2 waters and a jarritos soda. We stuck it out and ordered lunch - it was ~1pm on a Sunday, and the place was mostly empty. When the food arrived about 30 minutes later, it was perfectly eh. Honestly, pick up some frozen food from your local grocery store and add cheese on top, and you will experience the same level of culinary experience. It might even be better if you spring for the more expensive brand of frozen food. The chilaquiles were a soggy mess, the enchiladas weren't even warm, and the Agua de jaimaica was syrupy sweet.

If you're in the area and looking for food that isn't the quality of canned dog food, check out Fiesta Azteca. Truly not even comparable to this place.

Place was somewhat in the middle of small community place in Crozet. There are local groceries, small shops, thai restaurant and coffee shop at the same street. I went for late lunch, sat outside. Service was a bit slow and you have to ask for silverware, water etc. overall it was an ok experience.

Great staff serving great authentic Mexicano cuisine. Ambience a bit quirky but lots of fun. Great family place.

Wonderful food. Great welcome. It would be helpful if all the staff spoke and understood English.

We actually went to the Thai restaurant next door which was very good.

Ate here tonight after a quick drive to Skyline Drive to see the leaves and the sunset. Service was fast and friendly. Food was flavorful and there was plenty of it. Definitely recommend and would eat here again.

Gave this place a second try, bad idea. Food was OK, fast but the service was horrible both times. Your food will never carry the bad service. I will travel to Cville and have El Patron in the future. Felt as though I was troubling the staff with my questions. Sorry I like house hot suace as it is key to flavor. Top shelf margarita not worth the buy up, weak and flavorless. Timing of food after appetizer was poor to say the least.
