Stinson Vineyards is a local favorite and the most family friendly vineyard. The wine is impeccable, and the staff are very friendly. We always recommend Stinson to Guesthouses guests visiting the area!
Stinson is by far my favorite vineyard in Charlottesville/Albemarle, the views are unbeatable, the service is always stellar- Jessi is just the kindest! And their wine is delicious- lido deck and wildkat I can’t recommend enough!
Plus they have live music/grill evenings on Thursdays in the summer with delicious oysters from oyster catcher sea farms!

Stinson Vineyards is an absolute gem in Virginia wine country! The wines are fantastic—beautifully balanced and full of character, especially the reds, which have incredible depth and smoothness. The setting is gorgeous, with stunning vineyard views that make the whole experience feel peaceful and relaxed.
