Friendly and kind. The store lost power while I was there, so their credit card reader was down, and I had no cash to pay for my subs. The owners insisted on giving me the food, and told me to return when I could to pay them. I was so grateful.

A great sandwich with fresh veggies and great customer service. Compared to the previous management, the current management is doing well and keeping things on track. They were really nice people, giving my kids free cookies. I think everyone should try one of their better sandwiches.

my last two orders on Sunday were great. Wednesday was lacking a bit. Two titian subs felt like regulars with an extra price tag. I will be back though, looks like they are trying to make things better.
Service with a smile. Clean! Great sandwiches! We stopped going to the subway in Crozet, because it was dirty, or they were randomly closed, or sometimes they didn’t have any toppings. So much better than under the other owners.
