Worst chick fil a service I've ever received. No one was manning the drive thru for 10 minutes. I was stuck in the drive thru between cars with no one to take my order and no way to leave. Really disappointed. Won't be returning. Ended up not even getting food.

The atmosphere is always pleasant per usual, and no matter where you go, their food stays pretty consistent aswell but every blue moon, usually their fries can get a little crispy and / or unsalted.Parking: There's always good parking but if it gets busy it could be hard to get in and out of parking.Kid-friendliness: It's a safe space for kids of all ages to be.Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp in the front

They’ve come to a point where they treat people like cattle. You can’t convince me that the drive thru lines save ANYONE time. It’s a mess. An impersonal, don’t-care, employees standing around outside mess. AND ITS STILL SLOW. I’m sad how they’ve devolved into this.
