I arrived in Chick fil A to find no one in line. But the servers were cleaning trays and such. This young man named Zack waited on me. He was an absolute pleasure, very polite. He carried my drink to the table for me as I had my hands full. Later on during my visit I learned he was training. Keep up the good work Zack.
Love this place ,is always on point the staff is always greatful and happy feels good to arrive to s establishment that shows gratitude instead of attitude thank you for the amazing service.
They're open until 10pm on a Saturday, but I wasn't able to dine in at 9pm 🤔 Not only that, I had wanted to order a side of Mac n' cheese alone, as well as in the 2 kids meals, but I was told they had run out 🤨...an hour before they closed? This is not the 1st time I'vebeen told that. The last time they ran out by 4pm. If you're going to have an item on the menu, at least make sure it's available 🤷🏼♀...
