From this point forward, i will never go here as a customer again. Accepted an order at 9:26p.m. and arrived about 10 mins later to pick up a larger order for a customer. had my drivers license in hand and showed the employee the order info on my phone and i was told that they didnt have an order for the customer.

went to Chili's last night November 19th 7:54 p.m. arrived seated server came we were never told his name ask if we could have a few moments to decide on what we would like to order and instead of leaving returning moments later he just stayed there staring at us. the food was disgusting literally despicable guacamole brown gunk all through it the salsa was extremely thin and runny I ordered chicken ribs sausage with the corn toasted garlic bread and french fries ribs were dry...read full review
This place is terrible! We ordered a chicken nacho app. It tasted bad. We paid for our 2 main courses (before we got the main courses - did not even want them)and the app and left. If the app was terrible, I did not have faith in the rest of it. NO QUALITY CONTROL!!! The waitress was nice and attentive!! Unfortunately, the manager didn't come to see if there was a problem.
