I went on free coffee Monday and was charged for my free coffee. I've pre-ordered using the app in the morning another time and when I arrived it was utter chaos and there were receipts everywhere but no orders with the receipts. There was an iced coffee to the side that looked like the one I had ordered turns out it was but I didn't know since it wasn't next to the receipt with my name on it. These workers are doing God's work. I've been coming here for 8 months now at least 3 times a week. They are always slammed but ALWAYS get the orders out on time. I don't know how they do it, especially for what I'm assuming is garbage Pay. Give these workers a minimum of 20 dollars an hour starting.
