I've lived in northern Virginia for over 50 years and I had no idea Culpeper had such an interesting downtown. It was always a town just to drive through to get somewhere else for me. I landed at this brewery recently, very close to the train station (that is actually served by Amtrak) and was pleasantly surprised. Although the place is set up more like a restaurant (a slight negative to someone looking for a pure brewery experience), the pizza they offer smelled damn delicious...
Far Gohn Brewing Company is one of my favorite spots in Culpeper! The atmosphere is welcoming, relaxed, and perfect for spending time with friends and family. The beer selection is always excellent, with a great variety of styles on tap, and you can tell a lot of care goes into every brew.
