I looked everywhere for a local made Caramel Cake for my wife's birthday. I called Knakal and was told they made it. They sell it in 2 or 3 layers. I ordered the 3 layers and drove over 90 miles to pick it up. It was worth the drive! The cake and icing were moist and excellent. When I arrived, I told the lady at the counter it was for my wife's birthday. She turned and went in the back about 5 minutes and returned with Happy Birthday and 2 flowers inscribed on the cake. The cake and donuts I purchased were absolutely fabulous!!! No fancy decorations needed when a cake taste this good! Prices are beyond reasonable!! Highly recommend!!

I absolutely love this bakery. Hometown feel and excellent donuts, cookies and cakes. Great staff and it’s always an experience the children enjoy. We love our “donut lady” as my little loving refer to Beth! They start as a bakery but quickly become friends and family.
