SCOOP on Davis is a quiet little ice cream shop in Culpeper’s historic downtown. The ice cream is Giffords, an old school brand that many find delicious, second only to the Ole Country Store. The shop is open until 9 PM and offers hand scooped ice cream, candy, and drinks. Samples are available, and the s’mores flavor is a favorite. Nondairy, vegan, and gluten‑free options include caramel and coffee ice cream. The staff is friendly and helpful.
