Both ladies working there were very friendly and generous with the scoops. The ice cream was delicious, and the place was clean and welcoming. We stopped by on a Saturday during the day, and the service was excellent. Definitely recommend!
Scoops on Davis is such a charming little spot! My daughter got the s'mores ice cream and hubby got the milkshake — both were incredible. She loved playing Guess Who while we waited and the service was so good. Cutest place, we'll definitely be back!
Best ice cream in Culpeper! Cute eclectic shop has more than delicious ice cream. Candy, puzzles, jewelry, stickers, pins, baked goodies! Something for everyone! Even your pup can get a pup cup!
