Great food and super nice woman that runs this food truck. I stop here and get tacos every time I buy hay at AJ Pullens...which is about 1 every month. Something I always look forward to is grabbing a few tacos from here.
We stopped at Mi Ranchito Mexican Food after hiking Stony Man Mountain and checking out some new homes in the area, and we’re so glad we did! The food truck is set up in a parking lot alongside another truck, and the lady running it was warm and friendly.
The food was fantastic, we tried the beef, chicken, and pork carnitas, and each one was perfectly prepared with generous portions. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful.

The street corn on the cob was delicious, the chips and guacamole was the best I've ever had and the Asada tacos were good just needed some salsa. Rice was alittle bland but everything else made up for it.
