My friends and I went for tea on Sunday and had the best time! The tea selection is extensive, and the food selections are just right. Everything was amazing from the moment we walked in, and the staff even joined us for a few laughs. I highly recommend!

Miss Minerva's Tea Room has moved. It is on Main Street in Culpeper as part of the State Theater building. Enter by Hundred Acre Books, go straight to stairs on the right (I believe elevator is just further ahead). Head to the second floor. There you are. Yes, Sangria Bowl was here before. The outside roof dining and relaxing view are still here. Still walking distance from the train station, 2 1/2 blocks...
