If you’re ever find yourself driving through VA, you NEED to detour to Culpepper and stop here! Bbq was on point! Smoke ring on the ribs and brisket was perfect! Nice bark and crust on the ribs. The green beans, Mac n cheese and coleslaw are perfect! Cornbread was similar to a corn casserole type and was delicious! First time eating there. I am not into bbq pulled pork but I ordered sweet and sassy wings and potatoe salad. They were very good.

Shawn's Craft Barbecue offers awesome food with fast, friendly service. The food is served good and hot, with steam coming from it at the table. The chopped brisket and pulled chicken are tender, juicy, and flavorful. The ribs and brisket are also tender and juicy. The chicken is moist, and the potato salad and coleslaw are great as always. The sauces are delicious. A giant cookie is also available. The restaurant is spacious, with polite and helpful staff. Tables are cleaned and cleared after customers leave. Outdoor seating is a fun option. Service is fantastic, with easy ordering and pickup at the agreed time. The food is not the cheapest for dinner, but worth every penny. Highly recommended for dine in or take out.
