I was visiting Culpepper from New York. We ordered from uncle Elders our first night just so we didn’t have to cook for a group of 16. The food was outstanding. Could have been the best BBQ i’ve eaten in years. The ribs were a fall off the bone tender, the brisket was outstanding and members of my group were saying it was the best barbecue chicken they’ve ever eaten. If I make it back to Culpepper, this place will be on my to-do list.
Great food. However, there seems to be no alternative if you need to change how it is made. No substitutions. Sorry, owner came across rude and if you didn't like it then don't eat. Not a place I will be returning no matter how good the food is.
