“My wife and I were in Culpeper today to attend her uncles service at the Culpeper National Cemetary. After the service was looking for a place to eat. My wife and her uncle are Greek and I noticed this gem while looking through Google. We decided to go in his honor. Charlottesville has many Greek owned restaurants but our trip to Albanas was our first time at a place that served totally Greek cuisine. I can't think of the right words to describe our experience that would do justice. I think I have found a new favorite restaurant. The food and atmosphere was so delightful and amazing. The food was so fresh and everything is made in house. The pita bread melted in your mouth and my wife and I ordered the Gyro and we both commented that as Gyro fans it was the very best we had the pleasure to sink our teeth into. We had a awesome Greek salad as well and the dressing was so flavor packed and refreshing. Can't wait to make the trek back to Culpeper again soon to partake in this great establishment. We met Albana while we were there and she was very nice and you can tell she takes great care and pride in what she serves and the customer service from the other staff was supurb as well. This was also our first experience at a restaurant where a robot brings your food out to the table. I was very impressed with the people, food and atmosphere. Culpeper definitely has a little corner of Greece in its midst!“

“Nice little dog friendly brewery in downtown Culpepper. The beers were solid. My favorite was the Ernst, a German pilsner. I had the five beer flight that included a Marzen, a Kolsch, a New England IPA, the Pilsner, and a dark lager. Definitely a nice range of styles.
The kitchen is pretty small, so food can be a little slow when the place is packed. Overall, definitely a nice brewery to visit. Culpepper is a nice little town and there is plenty of parking nearby.“

“My wife and I had a great time here. We met Cheryl who took us on a quick tour and talked about the farm, distillery, Tim and the Moonshiners show. We almost got to meet Chuck but he was very busy with a bourbon run. Definitely planning a return trip in the future. Highly recommended.“

“Had lunch today at Luigi’s with Classmates! Our headcount kept changing but they were so nice & said all would be ok. There were 18 of us & all able to be close together in catching up! Food was delicious & all being served same time! Thank you so much for making our impromptu gathering a huge success! See you again soon!“

“Love this place. Amazing food options and fantastic acoustic music upstairs to heighten the dining experience. There is always something new and seasonal on the menu and the staff is very attentive. Make sure to make this a stop on your tour through Culpeper if you are coming through town.“

“We were there this friday June 23 2023 We had a new waiter been there 2 days was very pleasant and like his job. Our food was excellent. We have been there many times and we had a few bad things but very few. All our waitress have been very good. But the gentleman that been there 2 days if I had a restaurant I would have hired him and help him make his career with my company the best. He very eager to learn. We ask him question that he didn't know but he went straight and found out and was right back. When he was at the table I told him he was doing a great job. I would like for you he is appreciated by his customer. Thank you Joe and Patti“

“If you’re ever find yourself driving through VA, you NEED to detour to Culpepper and stop here! Bbq was on point! Smoke ring on the ribs and brisket was perfect! Nice bark and crust on the ribs. The green beans, Mac n cheese and coleslaw are perfect! Cornbread was similar to a corn casserole type and was delicious! The Santa Fe Quesadilla had the best cheese pull I’ve ever had with a quesadilla, delicious and was flavorful with each ranch sauce they gave! the pulled pork was melt in your mouth!! And to top it off YOU have to end your feasting with the Banana Pudding! OMG it was so divine and one of the best banana puddings I have ever had at a bbq establishment! 10/10 would recommend!!“

“Food was great. Went back a 2nd time and was a little disappointed because they didn't have chopped boiled eggs on bar for my salad, but that was only due to the issues going on with eggs. I'll go again, but call and check if they have eggs on the bar 1st. Lol. It's a 35 minute drive for me.“

“My wife and I visited Glory Days 2day and had a great experience! Our waitress Amaya did absolutley amazing so attentive and great with our kids!! Food was really good but would go back just for the service we got from Amaya!!“

“Everyone loves this restaurant. Kids, adults, picky eaters with special diets . . .. China Garden is a buffet-style restaurant with EVERYTHING. The prices are perfectly reasonable. The service is quite good. It is popular so the food rotates! I highly recommend this restaurant for families, large groups, or couples when an I-don't-know-what-I-want mood strikes. Everyone one will leave happy and satisfied.“

“We’ve visited this spot a few times, but yesterday’s brunch was truly outstanding! I brought three teenagers with me, and they enjoyed every single thing. The food was delicious, our server was fantastic, and the prices were very reasonable. I definitely recommend this place for brunch!“
