We had such a great experience here! From the moment we walked in, we were nicely welcomed. All of the workers were so cheerful and helpful. The place was very clean. Pizza was so fresh and delicious. Games for all levels. We even won a free 2-month bronze pass while we were there through the “spin the wheel QR code” on one of the dining tables!!
This place was so fun, clean, and safe. My daughter and I really enjoyed our time and are looking forward to going back!

None of the machines/game are ever working, waste of money. Also the employees are rude, once you sign up for the fun pass you have to pay for the year and they will keep taking money out of your bank even if you cancel your membership. Go to an indoor park or somewhere else, don’t waste your money here.

A special thanks to Marleny who made sure my four grandkids had a GREAT TIME! She suggested the manager’s special which included unlimited points for two hours. Although it was a little more than I planned to pay, the unlimited aspect was worth it as the kids never had to worry about running out of points. Pizza was great, all staff was helpful. Wednesday’s are a great time to go as it’s not too crowded.

My son really seems to enjoy this chuck e cheese. I could have stayed longer and played a lot more arcade games personally but with a 10 month old who wants to be held a lot, 90 minutes was about perfect for my 6 year olds enjoyment that afternoon. I will say, I really really enjoyed the pizza. A medium pizza was the perfect amount for me, the baby and my son to share and have a little leftover.

I attempted to call but was unable to reach anyone despite remaining on the line for nearly an hour and calling back three additional times. My god child came to this location recently as a completely healthy child. Although she had an amazing time, she unfortunately left this venue with hand foot and mouth. Considering, she was completely healthy, had no symptoms prior, and immediately shown symptoms after attending, we are more than certain that this is why. Both her mother and myself have attempted to speak with someone to inform them so they can thoroughly clean this facility however, we were unsuccessful as it is completely automated. We have cogitated on whether we should direct this to their corporate location but have decided to warn parents instead. My god baby is only 3 years old and rarely sick, which is why this was very scary for us! I cannot express the immense displeasure and disappointment that her parents and myself have with this facility and their carelessness. Our children are in your care so please be mindful of this and clean. My god child never once made contact with any other child or their possessions and strictly remained in the play areas. The only time she made contact with anyone outside of her parents, was when she hugged the Chuck E. Cheese mascot which could have been part of why she is sick. To my fellow parents and guardians, please, protect your babies and be wary of this location and to the employees of this location and franchise, please do a better job at keeping our children safe. They are our future and they are innocent souls who do not deserve to be sick due to an adults negligence. Please do better.
