I go here often with my son since I purchased a fun pass. Overall, the place is well kept clean and most employees are helpful and nice. The food and salad bar are okay. The only issue we have are about 2 women, one being a manager, that seems to have attitude problems and the employee that stares too hard at the dads. Last night myself, son and wife were waiting at the prize counter and the manger was helping everyone. As soon as it was our turn and the last ones standing there she just walks away, mumbles something to the other girl I’m referring to who then started giggling and minutes later sends some other girl out who was much more helpful. They need a more professional manager and employees.

I use to come to this Chuck E. Cheese when I was a kid and now bringing my son here it’s changed so much for the better. It’s very clean and fun and not too busy. The staff is super friendly and fun. We love it.

I want to thank our Hostess ( I feel bad I forgot her name) and the Chuck E Cheese team for such wonderful customer service! Our grandson had his 2nd birthday Sat Oct 25 from 3-5pm. Our hostess was attentive, extremely helpful and kept us informed with all steps of the party. The staff was very helpful. The kids had a fab time. The adults and kids enjoyed the pizza and wings.

Witnessed an employee come out of the stall while I was washing my hands. Whether the person really used the toilet or not, the person MUST wash their hands before going back to work. Just imagine them making your children's food in the kitchen. I can guarantee you, the person did not come out with a Chuck E costume either.
