I love coming to this Starbucks. The customer service is always amazing. They are quick and efficient. The staff is super friendly. Didy has done a wonderful job with this store. Her energy lights up the store and she always has a smile on her face. Dre is also awesome. I will continue to visit this location because of the customer service they provide.

Over the years I’ve visited probably all Starbucks stores in the area, but I have to say that this location has always been my favourite :) Recently I’ve decided to sacrifice the drive through convenience and started to stop by this store again. I’ve never encountered anything but amazing, professional, courteous and friendly staff, the store is consistently clean and my coffee order is ALWAYS perfect! They are incredibly efficient and capable of completing even a large order of 9 drinks at once without any issue whatsoever with surprisingly short wait time compared to other locations. Thank you for your kindness, great drinks and outstanding customer service!

I came in today to get my 14 year old daughter a pink drink. I ordered a “large pink drink with popping boba things.” Those were my exact words. I do not regularly order Starbucks so I don’t know the Starbucks size names. There were three other people waiting for drinks after we paid for our order. They received their drinks and then two women came in separately and also ordered. Both of those women got their drinks and left the store before we received the one pink drink we ordered. I finally got a little irritated so I approached the counter to see what was going on and it just so happened that my daughter’s drink was ready but it was the small size. I immediately said, “It’s small. I ordered a large.” The girl who took my order said, “No, you said tall.” I again, said “no, I don’t know the size names so I always say large.” She again came back and argued with me about what I said and rolled her eyes at me. She finally said, “I’m sorry, I can make you another one” in a rather rude tone. I said, “Well I don’t think we have ten more minutes to wait for another one”. Because that is literally how long we waited. The girl then looked at me and said, “ok” like she didn’t care at all to make another. As my daughter and I were walking out, the girl ran over the one other employee present and started whispering in his ear. I don’t know for sure what she was saying but it certainly seemed like she was complaining about me. Maybe she simply misheard me when I ordered. I understand that but in the time it took her to argue with me, she could have quickly made another drink. She really didn’t seem to care at all about customer service. Maybe she needs to be trained more. This was today, 7/26/24 at 2:00pm.

Didy brought a whole new vibe to this location! She made my drink to my specific liking and handled a very rude customer with the best customer service I’ve ever seen. Truly an amazing employee that knows her coffee!
