Friendliest Starbucks I’ve ever been to! Seems like there a lot of regulars, but the staff were so darn sweet. Made me feel welcomed being from out of town 😪

My husband and I frequent this location, so writing this review was hard. My husband walked in and was chocking. He asked the barista for water and she refused to give him water until he purchased something. I was astonished by her adamant request and her inability to care for a human being that was struggling to speak and needed water. I am not sure what happened to Starbucks because this is not an isolated incident. I witnessed another Starbucks do the same thing to another customer. The company can afford a simple cup of water but they surely have lost a long time customer in us. Perhaps it’s not a big deal to them. It’s a shame when the bottom dollar is more important than the human experience.

We came in to this location in a group and while waiting for our order Elizabeth came and rudely told us to be quiet in an extremely rude fashion without any prior warning. We felt extremely unwelcome after. This is the first and last time I will ever be back at this location after being treated like this. Elizabeth needs more training on how to approach and interact with paying customers.

The customer service here is top notch! I always have a great experience picking up my order here. Dre who runs the morning shift is awesome and is always attentive to the customers orders. He remembers and knows everyone's name that comes in. The team has always been friendly to encounter and I usually get a pup cup for my GSD. I hope this team gets the recognition they deserve!!!! This is how a coffee shop should be ran!

Generally speaking, love Starbucks. Selection of drinks and food items are good, atmosphere nice. Can sometimes be a little crowded with workers and students typing away all spread out at the tables...but hey, if that were my option, I'd do it too. What gripes me is they can short you on your Drinks when using a personal container they THEY sold me....the know the size of container....16oz container is grande....Not too difficult...yet....jam me 1/5- 1/4th....3-4ozs down before 1st sip.

Ordered and iced matcha latte with lavender cold foam. Light ice. The woman delivered with Vanilla. I explained the mistake. She then made a blended latte and lectured me on how to get my order right. Then made it wrong again. When I explained what I ordered, she had no interest in helping fix the issue. I left the wrong orders and abandoned my money spent and tips. Go to another Starbucks. The one off Hoadley Road is great. This one is not.
