My family has been members of the pool for years. I have recently been diagnosed with Celiac disease, so I would be unable to eat anything offered at the clubhouse or pool. When Ashley was contacted, they called (a man named Tracy) and he condescendingly told me I needed a doctor's note to prove it and that I couldn't share my food with anyone, including my children. This is not the first issue. The manager verbally attacked me and my children for having popcorn bought at their snack bar. She was dead set on saying they don't sell it. She later realized they did have some and apologized, but the damage had been done, and the guests at the pool had already witnessed the interaction. We booked the shelter at the pool for my sons' second and fourth birthday in advance. The manager double booked, pushing us out of the shelter and we were left with a couple of tents. The lifeguards also do not pay attention to the people in the pool. They are too busy talking to one another. They also allow the older kids to take over the dee end to play shark for hours, keeping the younger children from being able to jump off the diving boards. One of the biggest issues was the jump in price. One year we paid $450 as a family. The next year it was $625. Not only was this the price for a family, but, as you can see from above, you're forced to pay arena prices for reheated frozen food from the snack bar, which offers NO options for people with special dietary needs.

This place came up on Google maps when we were looking for coffee while on 220. It's a country club! Don't be confused by Google maps and skip this place if you just want to grab a cup of Joe.

Very playable course Nice greens Huge fairways Rates are ok. Not too high

They need to let people know when they have tournaments so they can go elsewhere. Long round of golf today. Also, they made us wait way past our tee time due to overcrowding of the course.

We attended the Easter Egg Drop yesterday and had such a blast. It started off with getting picked up in a golf cart and taken right to the front door pretty much of the Easter egg drop which was great since I had four kids with me... from the moment we got there it was back to back fun. Everything was well put together and we really appreciate it. Good job

Beautiful course with breath taking views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The club house is lovely and we had a fantastic lunch. I highly recommend the club - do stop by for a visit soon.

The clubhouse and employees were great, but the course is in terrible shape. I understand it's October, and there's been a LOT of rain, but the "fairways" are basically dirt or mud, and the rough was way too high. The greens however were in very nice shape. The rate was a little cheaper than we thought, so they may already be on a winter rate, but it would've been nice to know up front when making the tee time days ago that the course was in such rough shape, especially since I drove 1.5 hours to get there!!
