I just had an awful experience waiting on my food and then never receiving it. I ordered food, waited while my husband received his food. I was patient and waited longer. Told the front desk I hadn’t gotten sandwich waited longer only to have my husband then go up and then be told they are out of the pastrami needed for my sandwich and they then needed to cut it. We actually enjoyed eating here quite a bit, but due to recent events, this is no longer a business I feel comfortable supporting.
As a business owner myself, I understand what it’s like to navigate criticism from local community members. However, one thing that is never acceptable is doxxing.
