We were driving thru the area and decide to stop at this Bojangles. I get that it was 30 minutes until the store closed, however, it was a hot mess. I ordered a #12 (2 piece dark w/ green beans and seasoned fries) and a #1 (chicken biscuit with seasoned fries instead of hash brown rounds).
They forgot to give me my #12, asking me if it was in the same small bag as my #1, gave me hash brown rounds w/ the #12 instead of fries, gave me unseasoned fries, and rice instead of green beans. Seriously?

First time stopping at this location. There were no issues. Went through the drive thru. Order was accurate exactly as ordered. Everyone we interacted with was very nice and friendly. The food was great as you'd expect from Bojangles.

My first complaint usually go everyday to Bojangles this morning however I order sausage egg and cheese meal with a coffee and a sweet tea get home have a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and a unsweet tea it's like either they mixed my meal up with someone else or they just didn't care so do better Bojangles I know ur trying to get stuff out quick but if the order is wrong it will do more harm then good

Better than most chicken/fast food places. Strips were very lean and tasty, and the sauce was a great additive. And southern green beans as a side were surely better than fries. This Northerner was impressed.

The person taking my order couldn’t understand English! We are in America… what is bojangles coming to?! Very rude. Rolling eyes and speaking in Spanish. Very insulting. I’ve head many other having the same issue. The food is good but the customer service is awful.

My food was stale. The Manny's was bad on my steak. Biscuit was cold the Bojangle sweet treat blueberry biscuits, not so good. It was old hard bread. I'm very disappointed with my jingles.
