The hours in the window said 10pm. It was 9pm, and four other customers were outside looking at the staff. They looked confused

Wonderful !!

Better than most chicken/fast food places. Strips were very lean and tasty, and the sauce was a great additive. And southern green beans as a side were surely better than fries. This Northerner was impressed.

The person taking my order couldn’t understand English! We are in America… what is bojangles coming to?! Very rude. Rolling eyes and speaking in Spanish. Very insulting. I’ve head many other having the same issue. The food is good but the customer service is awful.

My food was stale. The Manny's was bad on my steak. Biscuit was cold the Bojangle sweet treat blueberry biscuits, not so good. It was old hard bread. I'm very disappointed with my jingles.

Friendly staff and great food!

Would be nice if they hired people that spoke English and could understand what you are ordering or need. So frustrating!!!!!

Horrible! I bought the 8 piece family meal with 4 biscuits, mac&cheese, fries and sweet tea. The chicken was dark meat full of bones. Not the boneless chicken I normally get there to put on my biscuits. I took it back. The little Indian manager speak no English, literally. He gave me 4 pieces of chicken to replace it still full of bones even after I begged for boneless. I won't make the mistake of going there again.

Idk why it’s so hard to get a order right.. seems like every time I get food from here, it’s always wrong…

The food is well-prepared for what it is-- very crispy and nicely-seasoned chicken, smokey green beans, and proper cajun pintos. And the best biscuits available at any fast-food restaurant, bar none.

The leg and thigh in my 2-piece dinner were incredibly tiny, though. Not sure where they source their chickens, but I've never seen one in a grocery store with parts that small :-(

I used the drive-through, so I didn't check out the inside. The staff at the windows were very nice.

Had to switch out a chicken sandwich with pickle and I believe they just handed me back the same sandwich after having taken it off. The sandwich reeked of pickle. In hindsight, the staff intentionally blocked our view, laughing and trying to be sneaky about this. Careful eating at the Daleville location, especially if you have a food allergy. Also had to switch out old fries from the same order. Tasted like cardboard.

The food overall was very good but the entire dining area was dirty. You could obviously see that none of the tables had been cleaned in a while and the floor was in the same state. Not sure why there was a 5 gallon bucket of sweet tea sitting next to the tea urn in the dining area either. Normally those are left in the cooler in the back until it's time to refill the urn. This bucket was at room temperature...
