I came into this store a day prior to traveling back to Pennsylvania and ordered assorted bagels for the next day trip back. When I arrived the next day, my order was ready, however the only bagels I got were blueberry and wheat bagels. Although the bagels were fresh, you would expect a business to get the order correct. I take some responsibility in not checking the order prior to getting on the highway but it shouldn't be hard as I filled out a sheet a day prior of which bagels I wanted.

Overpriced deli on par of with your local grocery deli. $4.30 for an onion bagel that I didn't want toasted. $1.95 for extra cream cheese. $12.55 for a Boars's Head roast beef sandwich on sliced bread. Go to Jimmy John's to get better quality roast beef and a property sandwich for less than this scam of a deli. Vote with your dollars. Don't let these places rob ya. The government steals enough from us already.

The food is always so delicious! I don't live on the side of town where I can go all the time so when I'm able I always make a stop! The staff is amazing and I appreciate their willingness to take such great care of the customers and provide such good service. Thank you so much!

Employees were getting rowdy for a Sunday morning with the lobby packed with customers and did not seem to care what was said and who heard it! I didn’t care but here were children in there and they didn’t need to hear what was going on! I understand emotions run high when busy and people get stressed but handle it differently when customers are within ear shot of the action

Absolutely love this place! Great place to even go alone and have a good meal. I like to sit at the bar and look out the window. The place is clean and the food is good. My go to is the gravy bowl. Plus they bring it out to you.

Donnie D’s makes the best bagels in town, but it come with a catch. You should NEVER order in the store. If you don’t order online they will never prioritize your order and you will be waiting a MINIMUM of 1 hour for your frickin bagel sandwich. This has happened to me every single time I order in store. They have great bagels but have terrible service. Don’t go unless you order ahead.
