it might be convenient but I don't like going into stores as is due to me anxiety and depression I already think I get laughed at and stared at by people I didn't need the treatment they gave me today. followed, stared and point like I was stealing something. I was walking around getting ideas for groceries tomorrow. I like planning ahead so I can be in and out. that was awful. treatment I doubt I'll be back

they should bring back senior discount Tuesdays or some other day during the week. They ended it on May 23rd 2017 and that's when I left going to them on a regular basis for my shopping because I am a senior and the loss of that discount really hurt.

I went to get my first Covid shot today , it felt like pharmacist jammed the needle right into my arm . Could've she have been a little more gentle

The Daleville Kroger Pharmacy is awful. My first Covid vaccine took 1.5 hours because they give no directions as to where you need to go. You wait in one line, only to be told to go wait in another line. Some clerks were rude. To top it off I received a call at 8pm the night before I was scheduled to get my second vaccine saying they did not have the vaccine and had no idea when they would get it. No sense of urgency from them as they knew the second dose is time sensitive. Pretty much I was told you are on your own.

I have been shopping at this store since they opened but I will take my business elsewhere. After being away for the summer I stopped in on 8/28/20 to purchase groceries and was appalled at the number of customers not wearing masks even though the signs on the door and announcements in the store said they were required. I asked about it at the customer service counter and they said they couldn't do anything about it. I can't go into the store and purchase anything without shoes and a shirt on so they should be able to ensure a safe environment by not servicing people without masks. I felt terribly unsafe and will not return to this store

you redid the store and now it's worse. I was there at 7 pm and shelves were empty I got the last quart on Kroger half and half, ice cream shelves were over half empty. The bread isle was bear. individual bottles of coke empty. Kroger plain yogurt empty. This is all the time now. You are driving me to Food Lion which I don't much care for.

if you expect me to work for my groceries please consider making more room for the self serve "bagging area". makes it very hard when nothing fits. I do not care to work for kroger and do not appreciate that prices continue to sky rocket even though your employees do nothing. Yesterday I had a large bag of charcoal that I struggled with repeatedly to get off shelve, take out of buggy to scan, try to fit in bagging area and reload back in buggy to struggle again at my car. there were 3 teenage employees chatting about football while I (an old lady) struggled. soooo you want me to work for my overpriced purchases and you still pay your employees, but they don't do much for their pay. stupid.

The pharmacy is terrible, when I went to get a needle for my hormone injection (.50 cents), I was told "son, we don't sell these to the general public since drug addicts could use them". So the pharmacist basically broke the oath he took of "do no harm" -- drug addicts are people too and they need more help than most of us do.
Asked if they had strawberries. Response was “ I don't know what they have over there†and she walks away!

I needed help today with purchasing flowers and Sam S. My checkout cashier was amazing. He walked all the way to the other station twice to get me a bucket and then fill it with water just so my long road trip wouldn't kill the roses.

I absolutely love the freshness of our neighborhood Kroger and then massive Choice selection given. On the digital coupons on the Kroger app, there's always at least one or two coupons that are always worth using. Deal on a family chicken meal and money off of their fresh baked pies, pastries, Donuts, bread, Etc. However when I get the shop most of the time it's in the middle of the night, so course a lot of things have been bought. However I do find some pretty great deals at that time because of expiration dates. You have to love the manager special. I love the convenience of buying things that are pre-made but still fresh and all I have to do is bring it home and put in the oven or I'm able to eat it cold.
