I recently stopped by this coffee shop while my daughter was at a nearby softball game. While the coffee itself was excellent, I was disappointed by the lack of customer service. The barista did not acknowledge me when I approached the counter, nor did he speak throughout the transaction. Despite ordering and tipping, I felt as though my presence was not appreciated. We own a coffee shop in another state. We visit small coffee shops during our travels for inspiration. The atmosphere and branding of Little Green Hive is really nice. The staff was friendly. I ordered a London Fog. The oat milk did not froth well (I would suggest using a different brand.) I think the syrup was omitted even after being asked what flavors I wanted. We tossed the drink and grabbed another one down the road. Cute shop, though. I'll have to give it another try...
The service and ambiance is excellent along with the courteous manners of the staff. They have a personalized, tailored, small-business vibe that makes you want to keep coming back. Outside seating area is pleasant, could use with a bit of tidying up and more shade for afternoons, but it's still very nice and also dog friendly. Love their food and - of course - their coffee!
