Got a Expresso milkshake and became very ill like 2hrs later, ive also order coffee from their Roanoke location and received coffee with expired milk, i usually dont leave negative reviews but this is a serious issue:/

Overall we had a good time. The service was fair: the employee running the counter was rude to our children, but prepared our order well. The apricot sweet tea was fantastic!
We were going to order coffee beans, but the spouts from the hoppers holding the whole beans was absolutely disgusting. Blackened coffee oil was running down the spouts. These need badly to be cleaned. Other than that the rest of the establishment seemed clean.

Very good coffee!
Good coffee and very laid back environment!
Excellent coffee! Not cheap. Large hot specialty coffee and a medium drop coffee came to $11
When we travel, we check out coffee shops to get ideas for the one we own. I almost didn't go in because it looks vacant, but the fellow sitting outside with a cup was my sign of life. The shop was quiet (could use some music), but the service was excellent. We had just stopped at a other shop minutes prior. They had a better atmosphere, but could not compete with the drink from Mill Mountain. Don't overlook this unassuming coffee shop.

I walked into this place off the highway, while driving south. It is a huge venue, full of promise. However, this place was as silent as a graveyard. It felt awkward simply to place my order. The atmosphere would definitely be improved by some music—any music to fill the void.

I don’t know what’s more depressing, the decor or the customer service (lack there of). Don’t even bother stopping, you’re better of going to the Dunkin’ Donuts down the

Weak coffee and stale muffins, not up to the standards of the downtown location.

It was so quiet in there - I loved it! Got through a bunch of emails I needed to get through. It's fall, so I tried the specialty Campfire drink with toffee flavor. It was delicious!!!!The service was great as well. She was happy and bubbly and made me laugh. Can't wait to try something else new there!!!
