12:30 pm...9/18/25. Cashier working the front was the only one working.
I stood in line for 5 minutes and I was the 2nd person. The cashier was trying to get everyone food together that was waiting. 2 women working in back standing around talking and on their phone. Lady working drive thru.
Cashier is now cleaning all the tables as I watch everyone else in the back talking and on their phone again.
Ok...they have gloves on...on their phone....now I wonder if they change their gloves before fixing food. Sitting here watching...answer to that is no they don't put on clean gloves

I mean, it was fine, but the soda machine was out of literally everything except diet ginger ale and unflavored sparkling water. I had to watch customer after customer approach the soda machine with hope in their eyes, only for that hope to be dashed and the poor customers to settle for sub-par options, while I miserably drank some unflavored fizzy water.

Hard to rate we stood at register for ten minutes there were at least ten workers behind the counter they looked at us but no one ever waited on us so we left and went to bojangles where we were waited on immediately

Everything served was cold. It’s the most basic expectation to be served warm food. If you order here make sure you tell them you want a fresh order. I’m pretty sure I was served something left out for too long.

I hate writing bad reviews but our stop at this location was terrible. The staff seemed frazzled or just bored and acted as if we were an inconvenience. The chicken asiago burger I got tasted terrible and had a weird texture. While there at least 3 people went up to have incorrect orders fixed. There were 2 young girls in a booth with blankets, tablets, stickers and beads. Occasionally, they went to the counter and were told by an employee to go back and sit down. I think they were an employee's children. I sympathize with how hard it is to be a mom and childcare is so expensive but they were fighting and dropped beads and other things that could cause someone to slip.

Usually a decent experience but this was what I was served tonight when I ordered Baconator fries. Sadly had driven all the way home before I discovered this inedible mess.

The gentleman working the register was so incredibly rude that I scratched the order and walked out. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Sat in the drive thru for well over 10 minutes and they completely screwed up my order. Not to mention it was cold. The incompetence is astounding.. Stay away from this place

The chicken on the sandwich was hard and terrible, i bet it had been sitting under a lamp heater for a while before i came along. I could only get through with two bites before I wrapped it back up and put in bag to throw away. so food and money was wasted, what a shame! I will not purchase with them again!
