Applebee's Grill + Bar

I went here a few months ago and the waitress had an airpod in and was avoiding my table but was also too busy conversating with another table the whole time my food came out cold I never got a refill and they say us away from other people as we were the only white people here at the time so we were segerated which is truly unacceptable I will tell everyone to not come here

Absolute incompetence. Arrived tonight 12/20 at 855 pm. I was immediately seated. Couple behind me seated as well next to me. They were asked for their orders within 5 minutes. I waited till 920 pm and no one asked for mine. Not busy tonight at all. I left hungry and offended. Already had my order planned out. About $70. You're loss.

It was freezing cold inside the restaurant the stakes were smaller then stated on menu . They where cold dry to tough to chew .

We had the pleasure of being waited on by Elliott tonight—our first time meeting him, and he left a lasting impression. You can tell he has a huge heart just by the way he carries himself. He gently patted a coughing patron on the back as he walked by, and when another guest dropped a fork, he immediately stopped to pick it up and offered to replace it. Elliott was incredibly attentive to our table, and it’s clear he’s been trained very well.

The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Applebee’s may not be brand new, but the level of service and quality of food absolutely do not disappoint. Highly recommend

Was very late at night eating here the food was not served hot. Waitress was very nice and helpful, she got our food re-cooked again.

My Husband and I just walked out because, 1# things we got there at 1:15 our server. Took our order came back 15 minutes later said the computer kick our order out So we reordered! Mean while we were waiting on our drinks from the bar the bartender it already now been 30min! Drink order was wrong ! The waitress told my husband if the salt not on the glass shel
Would put it on the glass and he can pour it to the glass himself!!! So he said it the bartender job at this point still haven’t gotten any food time is now 1:45 ! Ask to speak to manager she act like she didn’t know what to do and didn’t tell her bartender to stop be Rude this was very unprofessional ! So End up not eating anything after there for 55min So The restaurant lost out on money that we were happy to spend we had ppatients the disrespect ! We will not tolerate! And the restaurant wasn’t busy !!😞😡

The service sucks here we waiting an hour and a half for our food and drinks and it was cold I was so hungry I got a headache from waiting the liquor was water down it’s it was even any liquor in the cup

Met friends for dinner at the Danville,Va location. The ceiling had a spot peeling the size of a turkey platter ready to fall in our plates. There were at least 10 flies in our window sill buzzing our table. The floor was sticky the whole way in. The chips with dip was cold and stale. The food came at 3 different times when we clearly oerdered together. 3 items were left off and we had to remind the server to bring them. She did not bring the check for at least 15-20 minutes. Not to mention someone kept smoking cigars and wacky weed next to kitchen entrance/side door. Oh, and there were cob webs from interior walls. This store seriously needs some upkeep and server training. Don't believe me send Gordan Ramsey for restaurant refresh under cover footage.

Everything we eat there in Danville and Applebee's is empty we get the most terrible service! They suck! My family went again tonight waited over hour before my daughter got her food and and everyone else had finished eat. They waited almost 20 minutes to get their drinks and it was only 5 to 6 tables there. I called about 10 to 15 times and I got 1 answer and then they hung up, they didn't even speak. Worst Applebee's ever in Danville Va!

I placed an order for the cake and ice cream. I don’t live far so I waited to get home. When I opened the ice cream container, it was completely melted. I called the restaurant to at least let the manager know. A gentleman answered and stated the manager was busy, that he’s replay the message. I told him that I’d call back another time, before I could say thank you, he hung up. Thanks for the great service with everything.

Ordered Margaritas, very good!!! Had the bourbon street steak. It was tasty but a bit on the tough side, didn’t feel like it was the quality meat I expected nonetheless I enjoyed the meal. Our waitress, a very tall young woman with a super long braided ponytail was so kind and respectful. She did a great job and made our dining experience great. The restaurant itself could use some cleaning especially the doors and windows.
