Stop by today and talked to them about it... Was told I needed to bring the receipt, like I was lieing. I don't lie, or need to lie over a 4.69 sandwich. Figured they would do the right thing, but I was looked at as if I was trying to get by with something. First bad review ever... any where.. Well here is the receipt you needed.. 29 miles away again.

Outstanding food and service. I picked up a Greek gyro a liitle after noon on Nov 24 at the drivethrough. Gyro was expertly wrapped tightly so it was easy to eat one handed. Fries were as good as fast food fries gets, meaty, fresh, not too salty. and not greasy at all. I only wanted water as the drink and was pleasantly surprised when I got good bottled water. Friendly effectient service. I was really impressed!

The drank they gave me they said was a medium if thats true then the small has to be a shot glass size. They put more things on my receipt then I ordered. When I went back inside and just asked for a refund and return what they gave me they said they couldn't no mangers were there. Oh after I left I found the roast beef and everything else in the bag to be cold. I will never go back there and recommend no one else does either.

You have a worker name Lynn got a very nasty attitude. I asked for the steak nuggets and I told her I didn’t want barbecue sauce. She told me I get what I get. I’m like excuse me then she start getting loud. I asked for somebody different to serve me Extremely bad customer service.

I had a ham and cheese here at around 10:20am. It was pretty dang good, as it was hot and fresh. The staff weren't overly friendly, but they were accommodating like they should be. Place is clean and seems to be run pretty well.

I am very sick after eating here. I'm not sure if the food was just sitting there for a period of time. Or something was done to it. But either way. We didn't even pay yet and it was already waiting on the tray so it definitely was not MADE TO ORDER. I understand its fast food. But arbys is usually awesome. I'm very disappointed. Cause we love arbys. The curly fries were ice cold and I didn't want to complain but I should have. They tasted reheated actually. Anyway. The food was absolutely horrible. Please make it fresh. It was a huge let down.

Check your food at this arbys. I got 2 double beef n cheddars and they were both just a bun with roast beef & no cheddar on either one. I even pulled apart the roast beef to see if the cheddar was in the middle but nope. Last time I go there.

This Arby's had no right to be as good as it was. The au jus was SO good. We also got the pulled pork sandwich with an amazing spicy sauce, jalapeno poppers, curly fries, sweet tea, and orange cream shake. The shake was just okay, but it wasn't the employees' fault - I just didn't like the orange soda used. Everything else was SO good, and I wasn't even starving. I'll be making a detour for this Arby's whenever I pass by Danville for the rest of my life.

About an hour ago i ordered 2 classic roast beef sandwiches with horsey sauce. I went thru the drive thru. While there i ask if there were any samples of the pulled pork since it was new and was told absolutely not. I was handed my bag and i pulled away. As soon as i got on 28 hwy my husband opens bag. No horsey and the sandwiches had almost no beef. I took pictures. It had a weird orange color and was dead cold. I am so disappointed. The dog did eat it. Arbys you owe me 2 classics
