Well don't try to get food or have it doordashed after 9pm from this location. They are ALWAYS out of roast beef. The other location never runs out. Clearly they DONT have the meats and I have beef there was no roast beef.

I was on business in the Danville, VA area. As soon as I saw the old school, retro hat signage at this Arby's, I knew I would be unable to pass it by.
The ladies working the morning of 28 January 2025 were some of the nicest folks I have encountered in a while. I was in about 20 minutes before the lunch rush started.
Made me feel welcome like an old friend & a VIP, though I have never been there before.
My food was fresh, hot & tasty. I got the mozzarella sticks, small & a drink.
It was so good, I had to ring the bell on the way out! I had never rang the Arby's bell before at any location.
The store was clean, as was the bathroom. Well stocked in condiments & bathroom supplies.
I will stop there again next trip to Danville! I can't wait!

The medium roast beef with mozzarella sticks hit the spot!
For health reasons I eat very little in fact almost zero fast food, however occasionally I will indulge. I have found that the Roast Turkey Club Sandwich is one of the few Arby’s offerings I can have. Went to the drive-thru at Piney Forest, ordered #14 which is the combo. Had to pull up and wait as usual. Got home with my order to find I’d been given #4 the sloppy bbq brisket. Sickening, $15 in the trash.

Worst Arby’s I’ve ever been to. I’m assuming they burnt the bread trying to distract from the fact the meat and everything else was cold. The bottom bun was so hard. We weren’t offered any napkins or sauce. The soft drinks were flat. I do not recommend going near this place.

Went for lunch today ordered two fish meals anva chicken wrap meal. Waited thirty minutes for food, told waiting on the chicken. Had to stand up by counter just to get attention to complete our order. Once seated an eating found the fish wasn't cooked, funny waiting on chicken by fish is raw. They just don't seem to have control of the business.
Arbys on piney forest just sucks!!! Food just thrown together and they dont care what they give you.
