I got the grilled chicken salad .Different lettuce,before it was a good mix of ice burg lettuce and carrots with purple cabbage but this it was only thr chopped lettuce not very good it had a sour taste. Not very good at all and the qty of food has been cut back ,but the price has gotten higher..Not satisfactory at all. I will not be returning. Sad to say its has gone hill just like all of all these places..

Dining in, was a first order. Was told 15 minute wait for dark meat chicken. The crowd behind us (also waiting) received their meals in the dining room first, my husband spoke up at the counter and even had to inform staff what we were waiting for. Once we finally sat down to eat, the food was still wrong. Macaroni & Cheese was thick and and pastey like it had been sitting in a hot pan all day, couldn't eat it. Buns were burnt on the sandwiches, fries were over seasoned (love bo's seasoning but too much will leave a mark in a negative way). The only thing that tasted fresh was the chicken. Now, there was a sweet lady in the dining room cleaning tables and taking up trash her area was on point and she communicated with customers in the dining room. On the other hand the entire kitchen area was run by young kids... dining room sweet lady knew what she was doing... the younger generation could have and should have taken some pointers.

Whoever is manager on duty should be suspended or fired. The girls working are play fighting and not paying attention to the orders. Nobody paying attention to what they are doing to be honest. They messed up several orders. The fries were stale. My biscuit was only hot because they gave me the wrong biscuit so they had to make another one. The lady at drive thru was so unfriendly and had a bad attitude. The inside didn't look clean from what I could see. My experience was terrible. I won't return and the owner needs to address the issue as well. Bojangles in Danville has gone down hill. Very sad.
I will remove this review if the manager can answer this...why, on my Bojangles app does it add a 50-cent "fee" to my order that I will be picking up inside. It doesn't tell me what the 50-cent fee is for. I don't see other restaurants charging me 50 cent to come inside to pick up my food so when I saw this I decided not to order and went to a competitor. So they lost a sale and subsequent ones because I haven't been eating here since they want me to pony up an extra $0.50. So you've lost my business for the last month over an unexplained 50 cent fee. Do the math, that 50 cent fee is costing you more than $0.50 in lost business. I'll just keep going to KFC or Popeyes instead. Prices are high enough to not being nickel and diming me for another 50 cent.!
