Went through the drive- thru, so the atmosphere wouldn't count. Now to be fair to Bojangles it was 20 minutes til they close, So, buyer beware!! The chicken was definitely not fresh or within the required holding times (Former Popeyes & KFC Cook) If you get very greasy and wet chicken, 9/10 that chicken is wellllllll beyond its normal holding time. I could have busted out a window with that "Rock" I mean baby boulder, I mean biscuit. I ordered the 4pc dinner and it was worth throwing in the garbage!!! What makes it even worse, I didn't want Bojangles, I let others talk me into getting that instead of the Chinese food I had sooooo been craving all that day, Never again!!!

Go to cashier who made me walk to a door (literally beside her register) when NOBODY WAS IN LINE...This woman is well old enough to know better than stand right in front of a pick-up order,and ignore me standing there...Older employees should know more, right??Get a clue, there is food getting cold that someone already paid for! That is your priority ma'am!Finally a (young) employee walked in for her shift, and she had zero issues handing me a single bag which sits right behind their cashier LOLMany old people talk bad about younger generations, but this experience proves the opposite!#doyourjob or GO HOME!

Cold fries every time I go to this location! Even complained to corporate and got free fry coupons and they STILL gave me cold fries! These people can’t like their job and they need to get new ones! Like what part of fries have a certain standing time then throw them away don’t they understand! ?

It may not have been such a problem if it had not been two other cars, who parked 15 minutes after I did got their food at the same time that I did. In other words, the person who brought it out, waited until they had all three orders, allowing my food to get cold.

came here lastnight, incredible service! food was amazing and the people working were all in great moods laughing with each other while also working insanely hard! great customer service with smiles and the food was top tier! we will be back! you guys earned a regular customer, thank you so much for just being great people! we talked about how good of an experience it was the entire way home, you just dont expect this kind of service these days but they went above and beyond! NEVER CHANGE THIS PLACE lol they have the A-Team on the night shift, that i know for sure!
