I'll be glad when Bubba's closes for the winter because I can't resist going here at least once a week. I'm not one for giving 5 ⭐ but honestly this delicious ice cream spot deserves a 4.5 because no place is perfect. The service has been some of the best in Danville. Some restaurants in the area could learn a thing or 2 about good customer service. The owner is top notch. I've seen him cleaning like an employee. He hit the jackpot opening this location....
Definitely not the Bubba's I remember. It felt like only regulars were welcomed by the other patrons. We actually had someone get up and move when we attempted small talk. Maybe it's better during a less busy time but this trip was not an enjoyable experience.

The new location (Rte. 41) is exponentially more inviting than the previous location on North Main Street both from a parking space, safety, & perimeter lighting standpoint.
