I went to the drive thru on May 25 and ordered a large Whopper meal which is priced at $11.09 ,but I had a coupon which priced the meal at $7.49. I told the girl when I ordered that I had the coupon. When I got to the window she took my coupon and card. She handed me back my card and receipt. She didn't give me the coupon price. I brought that to her attention and said "I gave you the coupon." Her response was "I know, but you didn't give me the number. " I never got an explanation from her about what 'number' she was talking about after going back and forth about it for a couple of minutes. Finally, I sat my food back up at the window. She asked me "What's this?" I told her I want a refund and her response was "Aww now, I ain't dealing with this" and proceeded to close the window. Long story short, a boy opened the window and started arguing with me about it. During that exchange he said "What, are you retarded!" He then said "Hey you got your coupon back, use it next time you come in." With a few expletives thrown i told him I would never come back to that place. I filled out a complaint with BK corporate online that evening. They responded 5 days later via email and said they would forward the complaint to the franchisee. I never heard a word from them.

Went there last night and stood at the register for 10 minutes and was ignored. I finally asked a woman if she could take my order and she ignored me as well. We walked out and will never be back.

If I could give no stars, I would, I would like to know when you order a plain chicken sandwich it excludes the chicken patty then when you go question the situation everyone’s too high to function and they just laugh in your face The correction was never made. I ended up having to drive up to South Boston Rd., which was a much better establishment. The level of disrespect is real, and I feel like management should possibly be looked at never again a waste of money will definitely be calling corporate

3 times in a row our order was messed up, the first time we went they gave us a 4 piece instead of the 12 we paid for, the second time we got a completely different item than the one we ordered, and the third time they didn't give us an item we paid for and didn't put everything on the burger we ordered. Recommend the Piney Forest location, will not be going back to this one.

Stop here today and got a Philly chicken wrap and a french fry. French fries are average like always. But the Philly chicken wrap was absolutely disgusting. Nothing but a chicken patty cut in half slapped on a wrap with some mozzarella cheese on it throw it in the microwave and that's it. Absolutely disgusting. Won't ever stop here again. I gave this restaurant a good reviews on previous stops but today just did it for me I just and I eat here probably twice a week they just lost a customer
For years BK used to be the best thing on the block. Slowly they've won my heart again. The food is always hot and delicious. Nothing beats a Whopper on those hungry days. I visited a few days ago and it took this young lady 5 minutes to give me change. I don't know if she was new or couldn't count but when it's 98 degrees who wants to be sitting in a drive through. It took me about 15 minutes to get my combo and there were only 3 cars in front of me. That's unacceptable. I'd hate to start weaning off Burger King again. The next time I may not come back.
