Order a impossible whopper from this burger waited about 15 mins for my food to get the wrong order came back they gave me the right sandwich but it was overcook I don't know if this just happen on there night shift but they need to do

Why is it when you are suppose to have a fresh sandwich..they toast the bread and then put a fresh patty off the grill with cheese .........then put the thing in the microwave? .why? Now it's super hot when you get it and gets rock hard if you wait till it cools off....i order mayo and pickle just so it is special and fresh....not microwaved..please stop this madness
