I was a regular because how close this burger king was. We got locked out of my house and just wanted two decent size water cups. They knew we had been sitting in the heat for two hours trying to get in my house. The white trash bleach blonde manager said we could only have one of the smallest cups they had. After the money I've spent here they aren't even willing to give more than 8floz of water when we're stuck in the heat. I won't be coming back.
Breakfast is always wonderful and the workers are always so nice but for some reason the last few times we've had anything there from the dinner menu it has been nasty. Wet slimy fries and chicken fries hard as rocks. Not sure what is going on but it's disappointing speaking fast food is so expensive these days. No one wants to pay that kind of money for nasty unfresh food.
I tried the 2 small burger deal for 5 dollars . It was great.

This review has zero to do with Burger King -The employees at this Danville location are absolutely the BEST humans I've encountered in a long time.Car trouble, the manager went 1000% above and beyond to help. WOW. Didn't skip a beat, she took care of everything AND kept the restaurant running smoothly during the entire thing.Didn't catch her name but will update with it soon.Customers also offered help w the vehicle.There are good people in this world, and most of them were at this particular Burger King on Friday Feb 16, 2024. THANK YOU
