If you asked me a year ago, I'd say 5stars all day, I live not even a mile from the place and remember when it first opened years ago, We use to ride the 4wheelers up there and eat. The owner more than likely knows who's writing the review. We were the only ones that did that. Carini was a super cool dude. We have been coming to Carini's since they first opened! We have always had great food and service, I'm glad they re-opened to take-out only because loosing this gem would have hurt! Our favorites included the Chicken Florentine, Pizza, Eggplant Parmesan and Baked Spaghetti.

I got a delivery today, ordered the Ziti Gigi, it was delicious, steaming hot and fresh. The side salad was delicious too without onions, too strong for me. The thousand island dressing was great too!!
