First of all food quality has been terrible lately. Even more disturbing to see a fun natured video which I can appreciate but to see on Chick Fil A Danville VA TikTok your employees flinging their hair around WITH NO HAIRNET OR ANYTHING HOLDING THEIR HAIR BACK IS HONESTLY JUST GROSS. I will not longer eat at your facility

It's too expensive. Got a wrap meal which was almost 14.00 and when I asked about a drink substitution and fry substitution, it was going to be 2.00 more. I like their food but come on...14.00 for fast food?

Extremely disappointed in this location this evening. I usually have fantastic experience but when I placed a mobile order this evening and requested curbside pickup, the system automatically routed it to the pick up counter. I have a severe hip injury and cannot walk the distance inside the mall and pick up my food while using my mobility aid. I attempted to call the restaurant 7 times and they did not answer. I then called the national hotline to express my issue in case their phones were disconnected. However, I have yet to receive any accommodation. I’m severely disappointed with this location and will be disputing the charge with my bank.
