I’m not from Virginia but I stopped there while I was in town by far the worst one I’ve been to..the two females wouldn’t stop yapping and focus on our order and then they had no steak stated it was made to order then when I asked how long would it be the dude named Isaiah said I’m now on break and walked off. This was at 8:30 on top of that they wouldn’t provide me with any chimichurri sauce. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied

The food was exactly what you would expect. However, the restaurant was not very clean. Almost every table was dirty and needed to be wiped down. Anytime a restaurant is dirty I get a bit uneasy eating there.
However, the service was fine. The woman taking my order was nice but the cashier didn’t even say hi (it wasn’t very busy).

I am from PA and chipotle there are always quick, delicious and the staff is amazing moving to Danville and this being the only Chipotle around has discouraged me from eating there every time I go in they take 10-20 minutes with only 2-3 customers in line it’s like they have glue on their shoes they all look like they don’t want to be there and they act like it’s a hard task to make sure they have the most popular ingredient ready it’s not a secret everyone wants cheese on the bowl or burritos or carne asada is a popular choice when in season. I attempted to speak to the manager Ashley Davis about my experience she brushed it off and acted like I was a villain because I spoke to her. She told me to stop talking to her and that it was my opinion that her restaurant sucked a chipotle with 3.8 stars sounds like it needs some work! She was rude and disrespectful not sure how she became a manager
