I have purchased donuts here on many occasions. Today a very polite helpful man assisted me. To my surprise & dismay a very rude woman corrected him so rudely, it made me so uncomfortable. My lady in the future, please attempt to communicate with your employees more positively and respectfully, especially in presence of customers. Donuts are delicious.

Im from out of state and saw some good reviews on this place and wanted to try them out. They did not disappoint! I went there in the afternoon and there was still a huge assortment to choose from. The gentleman working was very friendly and helpful. The apple fritter was one of the best ones I've ever had from a donut shop! Everything I got looks and smells amazing and I'm sure is going to taste just as good. The prices I thought were fair as well. I got us 3 filled long johns, 2 glazed, an apple fritter, and 2 cinnamon rolls and spent just a little over $15. I will definitely be visiting them again.

I got a cinnamon twist today (10/31/2025) and I returned it to the shop. They are not glazing the whole thing and it seems they are not using the same glaze. It was very dry, like maybe it was from the day before. I put a little heat to it hoping it would soften it up, it still didn’t taste any better. It’s been several months since I have been there and I know something has changed. The employee who helped with the return was very nice and I didn’t just blast my complaint out, so other customers could hear me. I may return and see if that was just a off day.

I never give bad reviews, even if something is bad, but this was absolutely the most rudest meanest person I’ve ever come in contact with in a restaurant. And she had no caring to help or even try to give decent service. Danville donuts used to be our favorite place to go before school every morning now they the lady that used to run. The front desk is no longer there and they’ve got the meanest woman working there with the attitude problem. We will never return. I’m sure they’re losing a lot of business by getting rid of that older lady who helped everyone.. i’ve never seen a more rude person than the black haired lady working there now.
