The Italian sub is a joke. It's got two pieces of ham and 2 slices of cheese on each half. The bread is the same as a hot dog roll except it's bigger. But they do give you about 3/4 of a lb. of fries with it. It's probably the lamest sub from any restaurant in the area including gas stations.

9.12.25 Great server and my Staek Stromboli was delicious. 2024-Wonderful service and our server, Mamye was a gracious host. I had the Buffalo Chicken Salad and Amy had a Club Sandwich with onion rings. Food was excellent and did not have to wait long at all.

Usually has good Pizza and decent service.
Stopped by yesterday evening service was slow and not very attentive.
My husband ordered a personal 10” pizza and I ordered just a slice of pepperoni.
We waited about 30 minutes - understandable, but my sliced cold/warm.
By the time they came back to our table my husband was half done with his pizza, I told them that my pizza wasn’t even hot in fact it looked like it was left over piece. They asked if they could warm it up but like I said my husband was almost done.
I didn’t ask, but logically she should have taken it off my bill since only one bite was taken out. But she didn’t.
Very disappointed on this visit.

Pizza was salty and overpriced

When we first arrived, there was a sign that said to wait to be seated. After a while of standing there, a staff member told us to just sit anywhere. We ordered a Greek salad and a medium veggie pizza. The veggie pizza was pretty good. The waitress asked us what dressing we wanted for the Greek salad. I thought Greek salad had a standard dressing. From the choices we saw, we picked Italian dressing. The salad also had chicken on it. I will say they give you plenty enough to share with 3-4 people. The medium pizza was also a good size for three people. The experience on the whole was okay. I wouldn't go out of my way to return.

I've enjoyed Dell'Anno's on Main Street in Danville for over ten years. Delicious subs and pizza. I've never had an unpleasant waitperson.

When I entered the pizzeria I carried a small, uncomplicated desire: two pepperoni slices, no more, no less. Desire, of course, is the seed of suffering, but even a monk must eat. The staff handed me a box within ten minutes—swift as a well-trained mind returning to the breath.

Yet the moment I opened that box in my car, a briny smell rose up like a karmic reminder. There, beside a lone pepperoni slice, rested an anchovy slice—oily, glinting, and entirely unasked-for. A sign inside the shop proclaims that once you leave, “all sales are final.” In other words: attachment to correctness is your own dukkha to manage. Their error, my burden.

I ate. The anchovy was passable; salt can be a teacher of impermanence as well as thirst. Still, mindful acceptance need not preclude right speech: transforming “two pepperoni” into “pepperoni and fish” without recourse for correction is poor karma in the realm of hospitality. May they one day notice the causal link between careless preparation and lost goodwill—before the wheel turns and empties their tables.

Until then, I shall seek pizza where intention and action are in closer harmony.

If it wasn’t for the service and the atmosphere I’d be rating this place 1 star. Food wise, my rating is based of the Philly cheese steak and their beef pizza. If it wasn’t for the cheese steak being overly salty and half the size of what a cheese steak should actually believe this place would really have a popular item on their hand. Next would be the pizza, which was very bland which is really crazy in my opinion. I mean bland pizza is unheard of. If it wasn’t for a friend of by the name of Ashley, I would have never ate here, and that was based off the reviews and pictures.

We originally came to Danville for the Casino opening, but because we brought our 16 year old son with us to see the parade of cars we weren't able to eat at any restaurants because to get to them you have to walk through the game floor. Very disappointing.
We ended up here to eat. BEST DECISION. Food was amazing, great prices, staff was great. We would definitely eat here again.
