If you order online and they can't complete your order and you cancel it. The store is the one to refund you. Even if someone tells you to go through the app.

Customer service SUCKS

My family comes to this firehouse location every Sunday. We rarely miss a Sunday. RARELY. I always have such a complicated order, as I like to really customize my Italian sandwich. This location has never complained about my complicated order and they have never, not even once, gotten my order incorrect.

You are about the biggest idiots. 5:30p on Vets Day you are closed. Hi husband and I are Vets and you’re closed! The reason you closed today is so you wouldn’t have to give vets something free. Drove 30 minutes to eat here!

Absolutely loved the food prepared here, the staff that was present, and the friendliness and professionalism they showed, as well as fantastic attitudes.
I've given a lot of reviews of many places, and this place here is one of my favorites, putting together they're well presentation, the staff members they had, and just the manager on duty was a true leader and very accommodating to my needs. I had a party of about 18 people come by late night this weekend and I was well pleased with everything.
Subs had all the items that was needed as well, condiments, materials required, water, sauces, everything.....
Lord God Yahweh willing, I will pay them more visits!
