Have been in Firehouse about 4 times over the past 2 weeks. The food is delicious, hot and ready to eat. The staffers are polite and friendly. The building was always clean. Kudos to the staff!!

Great subs. Much better than subway.
If you order online and they can't complete your order and you cancel it. The store is the one to refund you. Even if someone tells you to go through the app.

Customer service SUCKS
My family comes to this firehouse location every Sunday. We rarely miss a Sunday. RARELY. I always have such a complicated order, as I like to really customize my Italian sandwich. This location has never complained about my complicated order and they have never, not even once, gotten my order incorrect.
